Full Garden Mrs Frank Dravo

Lecture excerpt for this garden

(20) Mrs. Frank Dravo in Sewickley has a lovely terrace. The balustrade and Eighteenth Century figure are of stone, and stone seats. (21) The vista beyond the pool is accented by a charming statue of Flora, raised on a level with the terrace of the house. Blue spruce, juniper, and gray green poplars form the background, and the foreground of the figure is usually planted with blue violas. (22) This slide shows Mrs. Dravo's blue path - the background a severely trimmed privet. At the end of the path there are some beautiful holly bushes.
